Best Anytime Scorer Bets for Week 9 (With Reasoning)
Here are the best players to target with anytime TD bets this weekend at the top NFL betting sites.
Oronde Gadsden II (+160): Chargers vs. Titans
Oronde Gadsden II is emerging as a go-to red zone threat for the Chargers, and at +160 to score against Tennessee, there’s solid value here. Gadsden has been on a tear over the past three weeks with 19 catches for 309 yards and two touchdowns, including a five-catch, 77-yard, one-score performance just last week.
Chargers TEs Coach Andy Bischoff: "Oronde (Gadsden) should be wide open."

The Titans’ defense sets up as an ideal matchup. They’ve allowed 12 passing touchdowns this season and are giving up 7.8 yards per attempt, one of the highest marks in the league. Their secondary has consistently been vulnerable to big plays, and Gadsden’s athleticism makes him a threat to turn even short catches into six points.
With the Chargers’ ground game limited due to injuries, Gadsden should remain a focal point in the passing attack. Given his recent form and Tennessee’s defensive lapses, the +160 price for him is well worth targeting.
Ja’Marr Chase (-125): Bears vs. Bengals
Ja’Marr Chase is priced at -125 to score against the Bears, and this price looks like a good bet given his current role and production. Chase has caught 38 passes on 54 targets over his last three games, thriving in the quick passing game that has become Cincinnati’s offensive lifeline. With the ball in his hands early, Chase becomes nearly unguardable in space.
Chicago’s defense couldn’t stop a Baltimore offense led by Tyler Huntley last week, and they now face a Bengals team potentially turning back to Jake Browning if Joe Flacco can’t go. While Browning has struggled at times, feeding Chase on high-percentage throws should keep the offense on track.
Chase has found the end zone five times this season, including four touchdowns in his last four games. He’s the focal point of the Bengals’ offense, and if they’re going to pull off the win, Chase hitting paydirt is almost a necessity.
Kareem Hunt (+110): Chiefs vs. Bills
With Isaiah Pacheco listed as questionable due to a knee sprain, Kareem Hunt is positioned to reclaim the RB1 role in Kansas City’s backfield, and that makes his +110 odds to score against Buffalo look highly appealing.

Hunt has already accounted for four of the Chiefs’ five rushing touchdowns by RBs this season and should see a significant uptick in volume if Pacheco sits.
The matchup couldn’t be more favorable. Buffalo own one of the league’s worst run defenses, giving up 150.3 rushing yards per game and 10 rushing touchdowns, tied for the second-most allowed. Their vulnerability up front has been consistent, and it sets up well for a bruising back like Hunt to finish off drives.
Though Hunt has never scored a regular-season rushing TD against Buffalo, he did find the end zone in last year’s AFC Championship. With a likely increase in touches and a soft matchup, Hunt has a strong chance to cross the goal line again this week.
Trey McBride (+110): Cardinals vs. Cowboys
Trey McBride has emerged as the Cardinals’ top weapon through the air, and at +110 to score against Dallas, the value is clear. McBride leads Arizona in receptions (47), receiving yards (421), and touchdowns (4).
He has nearly doubled the next closest receiver in catches. In a pass-heavy offense, McBride is the first read more often than not.
The Cowboys have struggled mightily against the pass this season, surrendering 258.6 yards per game, the second-highest in the league. Even worse, they’ve given up a league-high 20 passing touchdowns, making their secondary one of the most generous in the NFL.
With Arizona’s ground game decimated by injuries, so much so that Kyler Murray leads the team with just 173 rushing yards, the Cardinals have leaned heavily on the pass. That sets up McBride for another high-volume outing, and his red zone involvement makes him a solid play to score at plus money.
Best Anytime TD Parlay for Week 9
Since I’m greedy, I will combine all four anytime TD predictions in my parlay for the insane price of +2000! If you want to follow this one, I suggest doing it with a very small wager.
If you prefer a more realistic, feel free to remove one or more selections. For example, if you don’t include Oronde Gadsden II, the return is still very respectable at +694.
