One Battle After Another (-800) is a heavy favorite to win Best Picture at the Critics Choice Awards. After dominating at the Gotham Awards, it’s clear that One Battle After Another is the frontrunner during awards season.

It isn’t necessarily a predictor of future success, but oftentimes, the big winners early on continue to flourish. One Battle After Another has a 88.9% implied probability to clean up and win the Critics Choice Award for Best Picture. The leading four films have all received attention this season.

Marty Supreme’s (+1200) marketing campaign has been in full force with Timothee Chalamet making the rounds in the media. Table tennis has also garnered more attention in the wake of its publicity. However, at +1200, Marty Supreme isn’t expected to score in the Best Picture category at the Critics Choice Awards.

Michael B. Jordan’s Sinners (+750) has received a major push in recent weeks. With the second-best Critics Choice Awards odds to win Best Picture, Sinners is garnering some respect, but I think they’re all chasing One Battler After Another.

Starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Sean Penn, and Chase Infiniti, One Battler After Another looks at former revolutionary, Bob Ferguson, surviving off the grid who springs into action when his antagonist returns, and his daughter goes missing. Categorized as a comedy and drama, Paul Thomas Anderson’s film is on track to collect several Critics Choice Awards.

Rated 95% on Rotten Tomatoes, 95% on Metacritic, and 4/4 on Roger Ebert, critics have loved One Battler After Another. It’s highly likely to win Best Picture and have a strong awards season. In short, One Battle After Another is one of the best Critics Choice Awards picks for Best Picture.

At -800, there isn’t much value here, though, so I’d wait to include it in a parlay.
