There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we selected our KBO baseball picks each day.

Lotte Giants vs. Hanwha Eagles: Under 7 (-120)

Tuesday’s KBO clash between Alec Gamboa and Cody Ponce shapes up as a pitcher’s duel with serious under potential. Both rookies have been dominant from the jump, anchoring their rotations with elite command and poise.

Gamboa has quickly become a linchpin for Lotte, sporting a 2.14 ERA and a 7‑3 mark. After a rocky debut, he’s settled into a rhythm that’s been nearly impossible to disrupt, allowing two earned runs or fewer in ten consecutive starts. He’s not overpowering, but his consistency and control make every outing feel automatic.

Across the diamond, Ponce has been even stingier. The Hanwha righty enters with a 1.69 ERA and a WHIP under 0.90, and through eight starts, he’s yet to allow more than one run in a game.

There’s no clear edge at the plate for either side, making the under 7 a strong play in what figures to be a tightly contested, low-scoring affair.

The Bet
Under 7 Runs
-120

Kiwoom Heroes vs. SSG Landers: SSG -1.5 (-170)

Tuesday’s showdown looks less like a game and more like a showcase for Andrew Anderson. The second‑year KBO righty has been nothing short of electric, rocking a 2.42 ERA and 1.04 WHIP over 22 outings. Add in three straight starts with just two earned runs allowed, and it’s clear he’s locked in.

Now, feed that to the KBO’s most punchless lineup. Kiwoom sits at the very bottom with a .240 team average and only 398 RBIs to date. That’s a recipe for disaster.

On the other side, you’ve got 19‑year‑old Jung Hyun‑woo making another start in his rookie season, and he’s anything but ready for the spotlight. His prior outing against SSG was a brutal 10.38 ERA and 1.85 WHIP, and his season numbers (5.50 ERA, 1.67 WHIP over 54 innings) suggest he’s still finding the zone.

This is a clear mismatch in favor of the Landers. SSG on the runline is the smart play.

The Bet
SSG Landers -1.5
-170
