After Friday’s rainout pushed Kim Kwang-hyun’s start to Saturday, the NC Dinos find themselves in a favorable spot to cover the runline against the SSG Landers at –115.
Riley Thompson draws the start for NC and brings a strong season line to the mound: a 3.51 ERA and 1.12 WHIP over 29 outings. He’s been dependable against this very opponent as well, boasting a 2.45 ERA and 2-0 record against the Landers. That consistency gives the Dinos a clear edge in the starting pitching matchup.

Samsung Lions vs. KIA Tigers: Samsung Lions +1.5 (-120)
After Friday’s rainout, both starters return for Saturday’s tilt, and there’s value in backing Samsung Lions +1.5 on the runline at -120 in what profiles as a close contest.
Yook Sun-yeop gets the nod for the Lions and has quietly earned this start. While his season ERA sits at 4.72 with a 1.50 WHIP, his recent bullpen work has been impressive, as he’s held opponents to one run or fewer in 10 of his last 11 outings. That stretch of form makes him a live underdog in this matchup.
Opposing him is KIA’s Yang Hyeong-jong, who carries a 4.67 ERA and a wobbly 7-9 record into this game. He’s looked particularly vulnerable lately, allowing four or more runs in three of his past four starts. That kind of volatility makes the Tigers a tough team to trust at this price.
