English Premier League Predictions Today: EPL Best Bets for Gameweek 10

I’m not quite sure how the bookies offer such generous odds for Arsenal to win to nil on Saturday, I suspect that Burnley’s solid goalscoring record for a bottom-table side is the reason, but I’d still expect something closer to -200 instead of almost even odds.

Arsenal’s defense has been historically great to start the season, allowing only three goals in nine Premier League games. If we add the Champions League and the EFL Cup, that would be still only three goals allowed after 13 total matches.

The Gunners had like 3-4 games without even allowing a shot on goal recently, and against much stronger teams than Burnley.

You never know in soccer, of course, but the probability of another clean sheet today is too high to skip this bet. -125 for Arsenal to win to nil is certainly among the best EPL bets for Saturday, November 1.

Both sides will enter this match full of confidence thanks to recent victories against champions Liverpool. Brentford beat the Reds in the EPL last week and then demolished Grimsby Town in the League Cup on Tuesday.

If you add the win against West Ham a couple of weeks ago, that’s three in a row in all competitions. However, the victories came against two out-of-form sides and an opponent from the fourth level in the English soccer pyramid.

They all count, of course, but Brentford’s next opponent is flying right now. Crystal Palace just beat Liverpool in the League Cup and looked very competitive in a 1-0 defeat against Arsenal last week.

Oliver Glasner’s team is unbeaten at home and has amazing defense. I expect from Palace to control the tempo in this one and create enough opportunities against a Brentford side that was winless away from home before beating the struggling West Ham.

I expect odds in the -150 region for a Palace win here, so the -102 available at Lucky Rebel is excellent value.

Bournemouth sold multiple key players this summer, and I was concerned about the team. It looks like I underestimated Anton Iraola, though. The manager built a system that works really well, regardless of the players on the pitch.

The team is second in the table after nine games, with only one defeat that came late on the opening game against Liverpool away.

Outside of that, Bournemouth have been almost perfect. The team is tough to beat and very dangerous in attack that’s built around the amazing Antoine Semenyo. I expect them to give Manchester City a very hard game on Sunday.

Pep’s side has been inconsistent this season, with three defeats in the Premier League already. It’s hard to trust anyone outside of Haaland and Donnarumma to perform, so facing a well-organized opponent like Bournemouth should be tough.

I expect a close game, so getting even odds on Bournemouth +1 is pretty good. You win if they take something from the game and even a close loss would return your wager, so I’m happy to take this EPL bet.
