Logan Paul, KSI, PRIME Sued by US Olympic Committee over Trademark Allegations
PRIME is a sports/energy drink that was created by Logan Paul and fellow YouTuber KSI in January 2022.
Paul, KSI and PRIME are being sued by the United States Olympic Committee for allegedly using trademarked Olympic images and expressions.
PRIME was also sued in April 2024 for allegedly exceeding caffeine levels in their drinks.
