UFC 320 odds are backing a pair of champions to keep their belts Saturday night in Las Vegas. Can Alex Pereira get his light-heavyweight title back from Magomed Ankalaev?
I’ll give you my UFC 320 predictions for each fight, and delve into the analysis for the three biggest fights on the card!

UFC betting sites are tipping Magomed Ankalaev to retain the 205-pound title against former champion Alex Pereira after a close first fight. Bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili looks to keep his dominant run going against Cory Sandhagen.

Magomed Ankalaev vs. Alex Pereira Odds and Prediction

Ankalaev (20-1-1, 1 NC) defeated Pereira (12-3) by unanimous decision at UFC 313. It was a terrific performance by Ankalaev, who pressured the former champ and never let him get comfortable.
I think we’ll see a different Pereira, who was uncharacteristically hesitant in throwing his punches and kicks. Ankalaev did an impressive job to get an early lead on the scorecards, and then slowed the fight down in the clinch. Ankalaev didn’t land one of his 12 takedown attempts, but the threat was obviously in Pereira’s head.
I believe Pereira will be much more prepared this time, and he needs to be a little more aggressive in the rematch at UFC 320.
Pereira’s UFC 320 odds of +220 are also very attractive, and I’m backing “Poatan” to regain his title to set up a trilogy fight with Ankalaev.
Merab Dvalishvili vs. Cory Sandhagen Odds and Prediction

Dvalishvili (20-4) dominated Sean O’Malley in their rematch, submitting the former champion at UFC 316 in June 2025. He took the belt from O’Malley in September 2024, and also defeated Umar Nurmagomedov in January.
Sandhagen (18-5) lost to Nurmagomedov in a title eliminator in August 2024, then defeated Deiveson Figueiredo, who suffered a knee injury in their May 2025 tilt. His 63% takedown defense will be seriously tested against Dvalishvili, who holds the record with 97 takedowns. Dvalishvili doesn’t land all of his attempts, but his incredible cardio allows him to tire his opponents out. They don’t call him “The Machine” for nothing!
I can’t bet against Dvalishvili, even at -385. Sandhagen’s UFC 320 odds are enticing, but I don’t think he has much of a chance against the champ, who is running through the bantamweight division.
Jiri Prochazka vs. Khalil Rountree Jr. Odds and Prediction

Prochazka (31-5-1) lost a pair of fights to Pereira, but has beaten Aleksandar Rakic and Jamahal Hill in his last four matches. Just two of Prochazka’s 37 career fights have gone the distance, and none since September 2016, before he was in the UFC.
Rountree Jr. (14-6, 1 NC) was pummeled by Pereira in a title match in October 2024, but he showed a much more measured approach against Hill in June 2025. I think that approach will serve him well against Prochazka, who takes plenty of risks in the octagon. Rountree Jr. is going to get chances to counter against the Czech fighter, as Prochazka isn’t afraid to take a punch. This sometimes backfires on him.
Due to that reason, and Rountree Jr.’s UFC 320 betting odds of +148, let’s take “The War Horse” to get the win and stay in the title picture at 205 pounds!
