Chicago Sky (-1) vs. Dallas Wings (-110)
The Sky (5-13) fell 81-79 in Washington on Wednesday, giving up two late foul shots to seal the loss. Angel Reese continued a fantastic stretch with 22 points and 15 rebounds, and it was her sixth straight game with 15 rebounds or more, extending her own WNBA record.
Elizabeth Williams added 29 points and seven rebounds for the Sky, who were missing Kamilla Cardoso.
Coach Marsh mentions that the team is hopeful that Kamilla Cardoso will be joining the team tomorrow in Chicago. #Skytown

The center was in Chile for the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup, where Brazil lost to the United States in the final on Sunday. Cardoso made the tournament All-Star team, but Chicago head coach Tyler Marsh says there is a chance she is back for tonight’s game.

— Dallas Wings (@DallasWings) July 8, 2025
The Wings (6-14) were hammered 102-72 in Phoenix on Monday night, losing the scoring battle in all four quarters.
JJ Quinerly scored a career-high 18 points, but that was the lone highlight for Dallas. Aziaha James and Paige Bueckers combined for 26 points, shooting 10-of-29 from the field, and 2-of-9 from three-point land.
The Wings are badly shorthanded, as Arike Ogunbowale (thumb), DiJonai Carrington (ribs), and Maddy Siegrist (knee) are all still out.
That’s why I’m taking Chicago to cover the 1-point spread tonight at home! Two of the Sky’s wins this season have come against Dallas, winning 97-92 at home on May 29, and then 94-83 in Dallas two nights later.
Reese is on a roll lately, and the Wings don’t have anyone that can keep her off the glass. If Cardoso is back, the Wings are going to have a tough time in the paint. They’re just missing too many veterans, as their three injured players are in their top four in scoring (Bueckers leads the team with 18.2 points).
The WNBA betting odds are -115 for the outright win, and -110 to cover the 1-point spread for the Sky. The latter offers a slightly bigger return, so let’s take that and back the Chicago Sky tonight at Wintrust Arena!
