Best Anytime Scorer Bets for Week 6 (With Reasoning)
Here are the best players to target with anytime TD bets this weekend at the top NFL betting sites.
Courtland Sutton (+120): Broncos vs. Jets
Courtland Sutton and the Broncos head across the pond this weekend to face the New York Jets in London. Sutton is listed at +120 odds to score against the Jets on Sunday.
Opinion | "No one has carved out a career path with the Broncos quite like Courtland Sutton. From star to forgotten to franchise cornerstone. Sutton is the Broncos' renaissance man." (via @TroyRenck) https://t.co/kWcWBe6hgl

Through five games, Sutton has a team-high 365 receiving yards on 26 receptions. He has been Bo Nix’s favorite receiver this year, earning 37 targets, the most of any Broncos player. He also has three of Denver’s eight receiving TDs this season.
Adding to Sutton’s chances of scoring this week is the Jets’ poor defense. New York has allowed 31.4 PPG, which is the second-most in the NFL.
Most of the damage has been on the ground, and the Jets allow 140.4 rushing YPG. However, the Broncos’ rushing attack is still a work in progress. Furthermore, despite only allowing 207 passing YPG, the Jets have allowed 11 passing TDS, which is tied for the fourth-most in the NFL.
Puka Nacua (-167): Rams vs. Ravens
Another receiver with a favorable matchup this weekend is Puka Nacua. The Rams face the Ravens this week in Baltimore.
Far from their reputation would suggest, the Ravens have had the worst defense in the league this season. Their injury-riddled defensive unit has surrendered 35.4 PPG, which is the most of any team this season.
Baltimore is also among the worst in:
- Total yards allowed – 408.8 YPG (31st)
- Passing yards allowed – 262.6 YPG (31st)
- Passing TDs allowed – 13 (32nd)
Nacua, on the other hand, leads the NFL in receptions (52) and receiving yards (588). Despite his production, he only has three total TDs this season. Baltimore’s porous defense is the perfect opponent for Nacua to pad his TD stats this week.
Quinshon Judkins (+100): Browns vs. Steelers
There are running backs who are great bets to score this week as well. Rookie Quinshon Judkins, for instance, is listed at even money to find the endzone in his first career matchup against the Steelers.
Here's a list of rookie RBs averaging more yards per carry than Quinshon Judkins (4.8):

Pittsburgh was on a bye last week, so its defense will be rested. However, the Steelers allowed 122.0 rushing YPG in their first four games. They allow 4.2 YPC and have given up four rushing scores this year.
Judkins, for his part, has improved every week. After missing Week 1, the rookie has racked up 347 rushing yards on 72 attempts. He has increased his carries every week and is coming off his first career 100-yard rushing game.
The Browns’ rookie has scored in two of his last three starts. With fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel getting his second career start, Judkins figures to have a high workload again this week. With that in mind, I think Judkins will find the endzone this weekend in Pittsburgh.
Patrick Mahomes (+260): Lions vs. Chiefs
Kansas City is 2-3 and desperate for a home win this weekend against Detroit (4-1). Among the Chiefs’ many issues this season has been their running game, or lack thereof.
Quarterback Patrick Mahomes leads the team in rushing yards with 190. He is also tied with Kareem Hunt for the most rushing scores (3) by any Chiefs player this season. Hunt and Mahomes have accounted for all six of KC’s rushing TDs this year.
Mahomes is available at +260 odds to score again this week. For this bet, the quarterback would need to rush for a score, passing doesn’t count.
KC could be outgunned against the Lions’ high-scoring offense. If they have a chance to win, it will be by Mahomes moving the ball through the air and on the ground. His scrambling has killed defenses before, and he has been the Chiefs’ best rusher this year.
Mahomes is a great bet to score against Detroit this week in prime time.
Best Anytime TD Parlay for Week 6
Since I’m greedy, I will combine all four anytime TD predictions in my parlay for the insane price of +2433! If you want to follow this one, I suggest doing it with a very small wager.
If you prefer a more realistic, feel free to remove one or more selections. For example, if you don’t include Mahomes, the return is still very respectable at +603.
