The main markets, including the point spread and total, are on the board at most major sportsbooks. Now, let’s delve into the MNF matchup this evening and reveal my best Monday Night Football betting picks below!
Here, you can find the latest MNF odds, courtesy of Lucky Rebel:
| TEAM | SPREAD | MONEYLINE | TOTAL |
|---|---|---|---|
| LA Rams | -7.5 (-104) | -385 | Over 49.5 (-115) |
| Atlanta Falcons | +7.5 (-117) | +290 | Under 49.5 (-105) |
The Los Angeles Rams (-385) are strong favorites to win outright on the moneyline on Monday night. At -385 odds, the Rams have an 79.4% implied probability to beat the Falcons and enhance their chances of winning the NFC West.
Oddsmakers are confident in the Rams on the East Coast. They’re favored by eight points on the spread, which affords the Rams a comfortable advantage to win. With the over/under at 50 points, this is expected to be a fairly high-scoring contest at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

- The Atlanta Falcons are 1-5 against the spread (ATS) in their previous six games versus the NFC West.

MNF Football Prediction and Betting Pick: Rams vs. Falcons
The Rams are going down to the wire in a tight battle with the Seahawks for the NFC West title. At 11-4-0 and second in the division, they are well within reach of taking the crown. They’re coming off an extra layoff after losing to the Seahawks on Thursday night. The Rams might have needed those few days to recover from the devastating 38-37 OT loss in Seattle.
I fully expect the Rams to return to the field being prepared to hammer the Falcons. They will have the kinks ironed out and come out firing at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Rams’ QB Matthew Stafford is feeling the heat in the MVP race, and I expect him to deliver an exclamation point on Monday night.
Stafford has passed for 4,179 yards, 40 touchdowns, and five interceptions on 65.7% passing. He’s having the best season of his 17-year-old career in the NFL. The former Detroit Lion has thrown for eight touchdowns and one interception over the last three games. He’s helped lead the Rams to the best offense in the NFL, allowing 30.5 points per game.
In the last three games, the Rams have scored 41 points per game and are moving the ball with ease. Along with Stafford, WR Puka Nacua has been on fire for the Rams recently. Nacua caught 28 receptions for 573 yards and four touchdowns over that span. Expect Stafford and the Rams’ vaunted passing game to rip past the Falcons.

I’m optimistic about the running game with RB Kyren Williams and RB Blake Corum out of the backfield. The Falcons are 25th against the run, with 128.2 yards allowed per game. After the Rams get ahead, it’s unlikely the Falcons find a solution to stop the bleeding. My biggest concern for the Falcons is their offense against the Rams’ defense, though.
After the Seahawks scored 32 points, I’m confident in the Rams bouncing back to form. Despite the mishap, the Rams rank sixth in the league, with 19.9 points against per game. Look for them to be aggressive and get after the Falcons early. Atlanta ranks just 26th, averaging 20.5 points per game.
The Falcons’ last three wins have been against the Cardinals, Buccaneers, and Saints. They’re all currently outside of the playoff picture, with the Buccaneers down to a small hope. They’ve beaten up on some bad teams, but with a -3.5 point winning margin, the Falcons are 23rd in the league. Conversely, the Rams are second, posting an average differential of +10.5 points per game. They’ve dominated on the road, going 12-2 against the spread (ATS) success rate over their last 14 games. With extra time to prepare for the Falcons, look for the Rams to bounce back. I recommend laying the points for your best MNF picks tonight!
Team MNF Prop Bets: Rams vs. Falcons
Leading online bookmakers Lucky Rebel and Bovada have various Monday Night Football prop bets for the Week 17 showdown between the Rams vs. Falcons. Let’s delve into my top team props this week:
Both Teams to Score 17+ Points: (-180)
- Yes (-180)
- No (+135)
The over/under is set at 50 points, which suggests there should be a healthy amount of points on the scoreboard. Expect the Rams to torch the Falcons with Stafford and a potent running game. I’m not concerned with the Rams securing at least 17 points. They should do that in the blink of an eye.
The Falcons have more questions, but I’m still confident in Kirk Cousins leading them to at least 17 points on the scoreboard. They’ve notched 23 points or more in seven of the last eight games. Cousins has played well enough recently that I’m confident in him scoring roughly 20 points in this one.
The way I see it, yes, both teams will score 17+ points. For your MNF prop bets, give this total bet a look at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Winning Margin: Rams by 13-18 Points (+385)
The Rams should put together a complete performance against the Falcons on Monday night. I’m confident they’ll be a well-oiled machine on both sides of the ball. After winning their last two games, Cousins and Co. should come back down to earth.
Expect the Rams to get started early, with Stafford leading the offense down the field. They should set the tone in the opening quarter and gradually pull away from the Falcons. I’m optimistic that the defense will hit the Falcons hard after struggling against the Seahawks.
The Falcons aren’t likely to look as good against the Rams as they have in recent weeks. I expect Los Angeles to win by about two touchdowns, so a winning margin bet of 13 to 18 points looks like a sharp option on Monday Night Football.
Best Monday Night Football Player Props This Week
Now, let’s delve into the best MNF player prop bets to consider locking this week for Week 17. There are a handful of appealing picks on the board, available at Lucky Rebel:
Longest Reception: Puka Nacua (LAR) Over 29.5 (-115)
-
- Over 29.5 (-115)
- Under 29.5 (-115)
Nacua has been a monster in the Rams’ passing game and he’s been hotter than ever as of late. The star wide receiver has collected 114 receptions, 1,592 yards, and eight touchdowns. He is lights out at the moment, with at least 167 yards receiving in his previous three matchups.
The BYU product has been used in a variety of formations and over the field. Nacua has been a major target underneath and over the top in the passing game. He’s eclipsed 30+ yards for a long reception in five consecutive matchups. And, with Davante Adams out of the lineup, Nacua’s targets downfield have increased.

Adams is unlikely to play in Week 17, so Nacua will continue to see high volume on deep shots from Stafford. I highly recommend selecting Nacua over 29.5 yards for his longest reception prop bet.
Anytime Touchdown: Blake Corum (LAR) (+135)
Rams’ RB Blake Corum has been getting plenty of red zone touches this season, and that workload has only increased over the last month. He scored on a one-yard goal-line plunge against the Seahawks, continuing his role as a reliable touchdown scorer.
Blake Corum in his last 4 games:
81 Yards + TD
131 Yards + 2 TDs
71 Yards + TD
61 Yards + TDCorum never exceeded 46% of the snaps. Insane efficiency. pic.twitter.com/neeiYlzet7
— SleeperNFL (@SleeperNFL) December 25, 2025
Corum has also been running hard all over the field lately. He’s developing into a versatile back in his second NFL season. Over the last four weeks, Corum has scored five touchdowns and rushed for 328 yards, with at least 11 carries in each of his last three games.
At +135, Corum offers solid value to score a touchdown among your best Monday Night Football player prop bets this week.
Total Passing Yards: Kirk Cousins Taylor (ATL) Over 219.5 (-115)
-
- Over 219.5 (-115)
- Under 219.5 (-115)
If the Falcons are going to win, Cousins will have to put the ball in the air and try to keep pace with Stafford. Although I don’t believe he will be able to go drive for drive with Stafford, Cousins’ numbers through the air should be respectable.
Cousins enters with 1,415 yards, eight touchdowns, and four interceptions on 62.2% completions. Since taking over for an injured Michael Penix Jr., Cousins has been steady at the controls. Two weeks ago, Cousins had a huge game with 373 yards passing.
Simply put, the Falcons had to keep the ball in the air in that game in a high-scoring game against the Buccaneers. In similar fashion, look for Cousins to throw plenty against the Rams.

— FOX Sports: NFL (@NFLonFOX) December 21, 2025
Atlanta should get behind early, prompting the playbook to focus on Cousins and the passing game. WR Drake London is expected back, so the Falcons will have a big vertical threat return.
With this in mind, Cousins over 219.5 passing yards is one of the best MNF player props tonight.
Monday Night Football Parlay for Week 17
For my Monday Night Football parlay, I will combine all three player prop bets on one ticket. So, the best MNF parlay includes Nacua longest reception over 29.5 yards, Corum anytime TD, and Cousins over 219.5 passing yards for a big payout.
On a $100 wager, bettors can bank a whopping $721.00 at +721 odds with a winning bet! Considering this monster return, it’s certainly a wager that should be on your radar for your MNF picks this week.
- Nacua: Over 29.5 Yards Longest Reception
- Corum: Anytime TD
- Cousins: Over 219.5 Passing Yards
