NC Dinos vs. Kiwoom Heroes: NC (-152)
The NC Dinos and Kiwoom Heroes clash following a 7-1 blowout in favor of the Dinos on Wednesday. It was a total team effort from the Dinos, as Riley Thompson mowed down the Heroes, and the offense handled Ha Yeong-min. In the Dinos’ bid to keep their heads above water in the postseason chase, this was an important victory.
The bats should remain hot on Thursday in a matchup against the Heroes. Kim Yeon-ju enters with a shaky 6.03 ERA and 1.66 WHIP across 34.1 innings. The 21-year-old is looking to improve on a rocky rookie campaign, but it hasn’t come to fruition.
Last season, Kim posted a 6.61 ERA and 1.63 WHIP in 34 appearances. Kim has been in the same inconsistent form, and he doesn’t have an offense to prove run support. The Heroes are dead last in the KBO, with a record of 20-46-2. It’s been a mix of bad pitching and the offense, which ranks dead last with a .233 batting average and 232 RBIs.

The Dinos send Kim Nok-won to the bump with a 5.96 ERA and 1.50 WHIP in six appearances. That said, he’s conceded more than three earned runs just twice this season. A couple of bad starts have skewed his stats. Additionally, he recorded a 2.25 ERA and 1.00 WHIP through four innings versus the lifeless Heroes’ offense this season.
So, for your best KBO picks today, I recommend backing the Dinos on the moneyline!
SSG Landers vs. LG Twins: LG -1.5 (-145)
The SSG Landers and LG Twins do business at Jamsil Baseball Stadium on Thursday. The Twins are coming off a thrilling 6-4 victory over the Landers at home yesterday. Today, ace Yonny Chirinos is on the starting hill for the Twins.

Chirinos has been in fantastic form, as he looks to improve on a strong 6-2 record and 2.59 ERA. The 31-year-old KBO rookie and former Tampa Bay Ray has found a home in South Korea with the Twins. He’s allowed two or fewer earned runs in nine of his 13 outings in 2025.
Also, note that Chirinos is on the heels of a red-hot showing against the Kiwoom Heroes. He chewed up the Heroes for a 0.00 ERA and 1.00 WHIP through seven frames. Against the Landers this season, Chirinos holds a 1-0 record and 3.55 ERA. He should post solid results against the Landers at home on Thursday.
The Twins, who are first in the KBO with a record of 38-26-1, sport the best offense in the league. They lead all teams with a .286 batting average and 665 hits. Look for the Twins to get to Landers’ starter Jeon Young-jun, who carries a 5.17 ERA and record of 0-2 into his fifth start of the 2025 campaign.
The young 23-year-old struggled in his first taste of KBO action in 2022. He finished with a 7.20 ERA and 2.00 WHIP, and continues to get hit hard in his second stint at the top level of Korean baseball. Expect the Twins to pose issues for Kim tonight.
In short, I suggest playing the Twins on the runline for your best Korean baseball picks today!
