There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we selected our KBO baseball picks each day.
KT Wiz vs. NC Dinos: KT Wiz (-155)
On the mound for the KT Wiz this Thursday is veteran left‑hander Bae Je‑seong, and that alone sets the tone for this moneyline play.
Bae arrives with an impressive 2.35 ERA this season and has improved over his last five outings, allowing two or fewer earned runs each time. Over his most recent four starts, he’s been nearly untouchable, surrendering just one run or none, giving the Wiz an edge in run prevention.

Contrast that with NC’s young starter Mok Ji‑hoon. The 21‑year‑old has struggled with a hefty 5.81 ERA and 1.85 WHIP so far. Last year, he posted a 12.00 ERA in just three starts, and this season he clearly hasn’t found his rhythm on the mound yet.
When you stack Bae’s stellar form against Mok’s inconsistency, KT Wiz on the moneyline at -155 is shaping up as one of the sharpest KBO bets for today.
Lotte Giants vs. Kiwoom Heroes: Lotte -1.5 (-158)
The Lotte Giants covering the runline at -1.5 is a sharp KBO play for today as they face off against the struggling Kiwoom Heroes.
The Heroes sit at the bottom of the league with a 28–63–3 record and rank last offensively. Their .240 batting average and just 327 RBIs show a team that lacks the firepower to threaten a strong pitching staff.
On the mound for the Giants is Alec Gamboa, who has been stellar in the KBO. Over his first nine starts, he has posted a tidy 2.22 ERA and a 1.17 WHIP. Even more impressive is his recent stretch, allowing two or fewer earned runs in each of his last seven outings, which signals a real command of the game.
Kiwoom counters with rookie Jung Hyun-woo, who has struggled massively with a 4.81 ERA and a bloated 1.75 WHIP so far in 2025. He has given up 12 runs over his last two starts. With Gamboa cruising and the Heroes floundering, Lotte looks poised to win by at least two runs.
