There are important things to know before betting on the KBO. Luckily, if you don’t have time to do your own research, you can discover how we selected our KBO baseball picks each day.
LG Twins vs. Kiwoom Heroes: LG -1.5 (-145)
The LG Twins loom as the most reliable run‑line option in today’s KBO showdown. Betting on them to win by at least two runs feels not only justified but confident. Fresh off a tight win over the NC Dinos, expect the Twins to stay on top.

Im Chan‑kyu hits the bump for the Twins riding elite form. His 2.71 ERA across 23 starts with an 11‑3 record is already a standout, but becomes even more compelling against the Heroes. This season, he’s posted a tidy 2.52 ERA and 2‑1 mark specifically versus Kiwoom, underscoring his comfort and dominance in this matchup.
On the other side, the Heroes’ offense is skeletal at best. They’re hitting just .241 as a team, for dead last in the KBO, and their pitching corps is even more concerning, sporting a team ERA of 5.55.
This very same Jung Hyun‑woo they’re trotting out today embodies that weakness with a 5.48 ERA and a 1.63 WHIP, and perhaps most damning is his 8.00 ERA through nine innings when facing LG this season. He’s proven vulnerable and volatile against them in particular.
Taken together, these factors create an ideal recipe for the Twins to cover the spread with authority. A sharp look here is the LG Twins on the runline at −145.
Doosan Bears vs. Lotte Giants: Doosan (-130)
The Doosan Bears are in a strong spot on the moneyline as they face off against the Lotte Giants, with a clear edge on the mound setting the tone.
Zach Logue has been a model of consistency for Doosan, entering with a 3.23 ERA and 1.10 WHIP across 24 appearances. The KBO rookie and former Major Leaguer has handled Lotte with ease, going 3‑0 against them while posting a 1.67 ERA. His command and poise have been evident, and this matchup plays right into his strengths.

The same can’t be said for Vincent Velasquez on the other side. The former MLB arm has yet to find his footing in Korea, carrying a 7.71 ERA through just 14 innings. Since debuting on August 13, he’s shown little sign of adapting, and facing a confident Doosan lineup won’t help his transition.
With a hot arm in Logue and a struggling counterpart, Doosan is the smart side. The moneyline at -130 offers clear value.
