Tyreek Hill Next Team Odds and Predictions – Where Will the “Cheetah” Land?

Tyreek Hill Next Team Odds and Predictions – Where Will the “Cheetah” Land?

The Tyreek Hill next team odds appeared immediately after the receiver essentially asked the Miami Dolphins to trade him after the 2024-25 season ended. The former Kansas City Chiefs’ star wideout recanted and apologized to the team, but that hasn’t stopped the rumors as the new season is underway.

I’ll survey the options and give you my Tyreek Hill next team prediction at the end of this article, considering a team’s need, as well as their cap-space situation.

Tyreek Hill Next Team Odds

TEAM ODDS
Kansas City Chiefs +200
Pittsburgh Steelers +250
Las Vegas Raiders +350
Arizona Cardinals +500
Tennessee Titans +700
Washington Commanders +900
Atlanta Falcons +1200
Los Angeles Chargers +1400

Hill’s former team, the Kansas City Chiefs, are the favorites at NFL betting sites. The Chiefs are priced at +200, which gives them an implied probability of 33.3% to get back together with their former star wideout.

But they may have to battle Pittsburgh (+250), which has an implied probability of 28.6%. Both teams require help at receiver.

Las Vegas (+350) is also in the mix with an implied chance of 22.2%, and then the Tyreek Hill next team odds drop to Arizona (+500), Tennessee (+700), and Washington (+700). Atlanta (+1200) and the Los Angeles Chargers (+1400) are the longshots.

What Happened Between Tyreek Hill and the Miami Dolphins?

In a postgame interview following the Dolphins’ 2024-25 season-ending 32-20 loss to the New York Jets, Hill claimed that he was “out” of Miami. He sat out the fourth quarter when it became clear the Dolphins weren’t going to make the playoffs.

While Hill and the Dolphins decided to give it another try, it seems like the relationship is past the point of no return.

Hill signed an extension in August 2024 to keep him in Miami through 2026. It would be a considerable hit to the Dolphins to release him, going up from $27.7 million to $55.9 million in dead-cap money. That’s why a trade is the best situation for all involved, if they can’t find a resolution.

Hill had 81 catches for 959 yards and six touchdowns last season, and turned 31 on March 1, 2025. However,“Cheetah” is still one of the fastest players in the NFL and can be a game-changer on the right team!

Will Tyreek Hill Be Traded by the Trade Deadline on November 4, 2025?

OPTION ODDS
Yes -150
No +100

In a word, yes. Hill has been through all sorts of tumultuous situations with the Dolphins, and this season, he isn’t a captain for the first time. Hill claimed that it might be due to removing himself from the last game of the 2024 season, although he didn’t officially ask for a trade.

But Hill was upset on the sideline during Week 1’s 33-8 thrashing at Indianapolis, where he had four catches for 40 yards to lead the team. The Dolphins’ players might be done with Hill’s attitude, and the Chiefs could be the only team to get the mercurial wideout back on track.

It has also been revealed that Hill has been accused of domestic violence by his estranged wife, which adds a wrinkle to this situation.

But my bet is that Hill won’t be in a Miami uniform by the NFL trade deadline on November 4, 2025. Now, who do I think will make a play for him?

Tyreek Hill Next Team Betting Favorites

Let’s start with three teams that the bookies feel are legitimate favorites to trade for the “Cheetah”.

Kansas City Chiefs (+200)

The Chiefs won a Super Bowl with Hill in 2020 and went to the Big Game again the next season. The receiver was dealt to Miami in March 2022 for five picks, and then the receiver signed a four-year deal worth $120 million with the Dolphins.

While Hill had his two best statistical seasons after he was traded, he has never had the team success that he had in Kansas City, who beat the Dolphins in the 2023 playoffs. The Chiefs could also use a receiver, as Rashee Rice is suspended for the first six games of the season. Xavier Worthy is also battling a shoulder injury.

Hill already has chemistry with Patrick Mahomes. The Chiefs might have to work out some details with their cap space, as they don’t have much. But if teams want to make a trade badly enough, they will make it work. The Chiefs are a deserving favorite at the top of the Tyreek Hill next team odds since a trade to Kansas City makes a lot of sense.

Pittsburgh Steelers (+250)

However, the Steelers are lurking, and they were well down the board in January. They reportedly tried to trade for Hill in the summer before picking up D.K. Metcalf from Seattle.

A 34-32 win over the New York Jets to start the season may have bolstered the Steelers’ chances even more. They’re reportedly still talking to the Dolphins to see if they can work out a deal. This would be a considerable boost to the Steelers, who would pair Hill with Metcalf and give another target to Aaron Rodgers, who tossed four touchdowns in Week 1.

The Steelers, like Kansas City, also have veteran leadership that could keep Hill under control. Pittsburgh also has more cap room than the Chiefs, and could easily fit Hill’s contract under the cap, with room for a possible extension.

Las Vegas Raiders (+350)

The Raiders moved up the Tyreek Hill next team odds from +500, where they were in January, to +350. The Raiders won 20-13 in New England in Week 1, with Geno Smith passing for 362 yards.

Las Vegas’ top receiving target is tight end Brock Bowers, which would be similar to Hill’s situation in Kansas City when Travis Kelce was in his prime. Jakobi Meyers is WR1 now, but he would be better served as WR2 next to Hill, who could stretch the field for Smith.

The Raiders have even more cap room than the Steelers going forward, making them an intriguing option in the Tyreek Hill next team odds. The addition of Pete Carroll as head coach has given the organization a shot in the arm, and they would do well to at least consider a trade for Hill.

Dark Horse – The Arizona Cardinals

Next, I’ll examine one team I feel is a solid contender to trade for Hill.

Arizona Cardinals (+500)

I’m taking the Cardinals over the Titans and Washington, as the Titans have a rookie quarterback in Cam Ward, and they may want to take it slow with him. The Commanders re-signed receiver Terry McLaurin to a big-money deal and traded for Deebo Samuel in the offseason.

What about the Cardinals? Kyler Murray has had two 1,000-yard receivers since joining the team in 2019: De’Andre Hopkins in 2020, and tight end Trey McBride last year. Getting Hill would open up the field for Murray, and take some pressure off highly-touted receiver Marvin Harrison Jr., who struggled during his rookie season.

The Cardinals looked average in a 20-13 win over New Orleans in Week 1, and could use a spark in an offense that already has talent.

The Cardinals’ cap situation looks like they could work something out for the wideout, and the Tyreek Hill next team odds for Arizona offer some decent value!

Tyreek Hill Next Team Longshot

Finally, I’ll consider a longshot in the Tyreek Hill sweepstakes, where a nice return is available!

Los Angeles Chargers (+1400)

The Chargers should definitely be considered an option to land Hill. Justin Herbert has had a few 1,000-yard receivers in Keenan Allen (2021, 2023), Mike Williams (2021), and Ladd McConkey (2024).

The Los Angeles offense looked great in a 27-21 Week 1 win over Kansas City in Brazil, but Hill would make them a legitimate top team in the AFC. The Chargers also have a ton of cap space, especially next season and going forward.

Getting Hill over the Chiefs would be a coup for the Chargers, who don’t make moves like this very often. But with Jim Harbaugh now at the helm and Herbert entering his prime, will they be willing to take a big swing?

Tyreek Hill Next Team Prediction and Betting Pick

In my opinion, Hill would prefer to land with the Chiefs, as he knows the system and he’s comfortable with Mahomes, Kelce, and head coach Andy Reid. However, I don’t know if they have the cap space to facilitate the move.

My Tyreek Hill next team prediction is the Pittsburgh Steelers at +250 to squeeze a better return out of these options. But I also think he would be a good fit for Rodgers, who doesn’t have much time left in his career. Week 1 showed he still has something left in the tank, but Rodgers needs weapons, and pairing Hill with Metcalf would be a massive upgrade for the Steelers.

Let’s take the Steelers at +250 for our Tyreek Hill next team predictions!
